Sometimes you need a stronger way of running the organization. Sometimes you need focused time to make decisions, support for a specific project, or a coach to support you. Our four services offer practical support shaped around your needs and grounded in a relationship with you and your team.
Not sure which fits? That's a normal place to start the conversation. Let's talk.
Bring your vision into focus—and help your team carry it forward.
A four- to six-month engagement to help your organization run more effectively.
When too many decisions, questions, and problems land on your desk, it is hard to find time to lead. We work with you and your leadership team to build on what makes your organization strong, share responsibility, and keep important work moving.
We begin with orientation and discovery to understand your vision, your team, and where work gets stuck. We look for patterns, recognize strengths, and explore what would help your organization work better.
A two-day leadership intensive establishes shared direction and the foundation for how your team works. Monthly working sessions of two to four hours help put new practices into use, address issues, and keep priorities on track. A quarterly planning day provides time to review progress, work through bigger questions, and set priorities for the next quarter. Implementation and leadership support help your team grow confident using its new systems.
Depending on your needs, we may clarify mission and values; connect long-term vision to three-year and annual goals; define roles and decision-making responsibilities; set 90-day priorities; and establish useful measures, productive meetings, and a consistent way to solve problems.
We tailor these practices to your people, needs, and culture, helping people contribute their strengths and focus improvements where they can make the greatest difference.
Shared direction, clearer ownership, and practical systems your team can use to follow through. As your team grows in its ability to run the organization well, you gain more space to work on its future.
Let's talk about Clarity & MomentumFocused time to make important decisions and agree on what comes next.
When day-to-day demands leave little room for planning, important questions can stay unresolved. An intensive gives your leadership team the time and structure to explore possibilities, work through those questions, and turn decisions into an actionable plan.
Clarify strategic direction; set annual or quarterly priorities; strengthen leadership alignment; define roles and accountability; or plan for growth or transition.
Before the intensive, we get to know your context and the decisions you need to make. During the session, we draw out your team's perspectives, help you consider different paths, and work through differences. We turn that thinking into clear decisions and next steps. Afterward, you receive documentation of key decisions and priorities, with a follow-up session to review implementation and address questions.
A shared understanding of the way forward and a practical action plan that identifies what happens next, who owns each priority, and how you will track progress. You leave with decisions your team understands and can act on.
Plan an intensiveExperienced support for a specific challenge or opportunity.
You may know what needs attention but need additional perspective or capacity to work through it. We help you assess what is happening, understand the factors behind it, and consider your options. By combining careful analysis with your team's knowledge, we identify opportunities to build on what works and develop a practical way forward. Each engagement addresses a defined organizational, operational, or programmatic need, with scope, timing, and deliverables agreed together.
We bring extensive experience with remote and cross-cultural teams, international community development, and water, sanitation, and hygiene programs. This perspective is particularly useful to nonprofits reviewing their programs or planning their next stage of impact.
An informed assessment of the challenge, practical recommendations, and agreed next steps. We focus improvements where they can make the greatest difference. Depending on the assignment, deliverables may include review findings, a strategic or operational plan, program recommendations, or management tools your team can put to use.
Discuss your projectA trusted partner for the challenges of leading and managing.
Whether you lead an organization, manage a team, or are growing into new responsibilities, you need space to think through the challenges you face. Mentoring and coaching give you dedicated time to step back, explore what matters, and grow in how you lead. Our conversations build over time, creating a trusted place to bring questions, consider possibilities, and work through challenges.
Your questions, hopes, and priorities guide our conversations. This is space to reflect on what matters to you, explore how you want to lead or manage, and work on specific areas of growth. You may bring a particular challenge, a possibility you want to pursue, or a desire to find greater clarity. Together, we draw on your strengths and make room for fresh insight and next steps that feel meaningful to you.
We agree together on the approach that best supports your goals. You set the priorities and decide what to put into practice.
Choose five monthly sessions over five months, or five sessions over two months when closer support would be useful. Mentoring and coaching can be a starting point for working together, a standalone investment in your development, or an add-on to another engagement as you put ideas and practices into use.
An invested partner, space to think, and a clearer understanding of how you want to lead and manage. The aim is to strengthen your confidence and judgment, help you use your strengths with greater intention, and turn insight into meaningful action.
